Job description (routine tasks):
1.Provide support on HSE aspects in design, planning, installation, commissioning of buildings and facilities, machines and equipments, as well as HSE permitting requirement.
2.Responsible for all EHS management set up at the plant, such as EHS management system, EHS programs, as well as the continous improvement.
3.Ensure local EHS legislation and Bosch EHS standard are fully implemented at the location.
4.Performance of HSE audit regarding external and internal requirements, define the gap analysis and follow-up the realization of the required measures.
5.Performance of HSE training to employee.
6.Direct incident investigation and corrective action plan implementation.
7.Participate and support in developing policy deployment programmes to achieve the CO2 reduction (energy conservation) and accident reduction targets.
8.Coordinate all matters related to fire protection and emergency control at the location.
9.Be liason with local authority on the EHS related topics. Maintain good relationship with local authorities.
10.Report to Corporate EHS department and regional EHS department on required topics.

Professional requirements:
1.Bachelor or master degree on engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering etc.)
2.Sound knowledge on EHS technical topics, fire protection, design for environmental topic etc.
3.Experience with facility design, EHS permitting, project commissioning, equipment installation is a plus.
4.Certified safety engineer is preferred.
5.Minimum 5 years working experience in multinational corporations.
