Main Responsibilities:
·Effectively manage Print Platform Product sales within the China/Taiwan and further develop designated area by acquiring new customers.
Personal Requirements:
-- Qualified to a minimum of HNC in an engineering discipline.
-- Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Surface Mount Technology related to board assembly engineering, together with knowledge of the screen printing process and the mediums and materials involved. Experience must encompass an understanding of both Design for Manufacture and the implementation of new processes.
-- Possess experience of successfully introducing new products and processes within the surface mount arena.
-- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience successfully selling capital equipment into the manufacturing industry, within an electronics environment.
-- Demonstrably strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially aware.
-- Possess a global outlook, and work with global sales team to promote best practice.
-- Possess very strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face and in writing with people at various levels in an organisation.
-- Demonstrates good track record of achieving or exceeding targets set through individual effort or through a team approach.
-- Possession of a full driving licence.
-- Able to undertake travel throughout China and overseas as necessary.
-- Taiwanese candidates with working experience in China is a merit.
-- Working location is in Taiwan and China.
