Travel to Taiwan or base in Shanghai
To support the customer technically as the fundamental daily job, deeply understand the customer technology and identify the unsatisfied needs. The Technology and Product Manage takes responsibility of the product management at the aspects of new product and technology roadmap, coordination in the R&D, commercialization the new products. The Technology and Product Manager then manages the product portfolio to maximize the desired financial results at a multiple objective system. The Technology and Product Manager initiates the improvement of the efficiency in the supply, manages the competiveness in cost structure of existing products.
? 5+ years of hands-on experiences with MOCVD, CVD or ALD technologies
? 5+ years experiences of product management, demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
? 3+ years experiences as technical manager, technical support manager and/or engineer
? Direct working experiences in semiconductor/PV fabs is a plus, working experiences in LED fabs a strong plus
? Experiences in R&D is a plus
? Experiences in Sales and Marketing field is a plus
? High standard in business ethics, integrity and honest
? Technology degree preferred, business degree a plus
? Experiences of people management, proven leadership in a multinational organization
? Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
? Must be able to travel extensively in Asian region and inland China
? Good at Mandarin and English, Korean a strong plus.
