职位描述:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
?Lead development and execution of short and long-term strategic, tactical plans and sales disciplines for Taiwan Electronics NBD with focus in Mobile Devices, Computing and EMS/ODM segments.
?Lead and manage business development, marketing initiatives, and sales teams providing challenging goals and to drive the team to achieve them.
?Work collaboratively with executive management and other departments including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations & Engineering to accomplish sales objectives.
?Assist with defining, developing and leading with the Global NBD leadership team on developing new market space wins within the Electronics market as agreed with the Sales Director _ China & Taiwan and Director global business development.
?Identify and build strong relationships with strategic NBD Targets, continue building rapport, relationships with key senior levels at the target business development customers to support business growth
?Provide recommendations to executive management regarding new opportunities including new products, services, business models, partnerships, and/or acquisitions for identified NBD targets.
?Identify and research areas of Mobile Devices, Computing and EMS/ODM opportunities for Infastech as directed by executive management including sharing independent ideas regarding market and business opportunities
?Negotiate with NBD target customers on contracts, pricing and issues.
?Monitor competitor offering including products, sales, business model and marketing activities.
?Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
?Reviews and analyzes NBD, Telco and EMS/ODM sales performances against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasts to determine effectiveness and need for improvement.
?Completion of various sales reports and other duties as required
Requirement
?A minimum of 8 years of working experience in sales function with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
?Proven track record in technical application solution selling, new business development and effective sales force management for business growth.
?Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
?A team player, independent, persistent, resourceful and good people management skills.
?Ability to perform effectively under aggressive timelines and a dynamic work environment.
