A Leading Luxury Auto Brand A Global 4S Store
Location: Shanghai
Major responsibilities
- Manage and develop all functions in 4S centre, a team of 1 sales manager, 1 after sales manager and one marketing manager and be responsible for achieving budgeting target;
- Develop and manage dealer standards to ensure the company's short and long term objectives are met;
- Develop and maintain the good relationship to importers and function heads
- Develop, implement and manage reporting systems to provide relevant management information;
- Develop and implement tactical variable marketing and incentive programmers to optimize sales and service;
- Actively seek out and capitalize on all available opportunities for sales and service;
- As a key member of the management team you must ensure the premium luxury customer experience offered by the dealers is an extension of the company's ambition and strategy;
- Manage and excise obligations of the dealers and ensure compliance with the company's reporting requirements are achieved;
- Regularly review and refine business processes to reduce costs, save time and improve quality;
- Systematically report competitor actions to GM;
- Work closely with functional managers to ensure consistent messaging across all staff and customer touch points;
- Actively promote and support VW selections and supervise trainings in all functions;
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree(equivalent work experience preferred,engineering or business administrative education):
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in automotive retail industry ideally gained in developing markets or local markets:
- Proven track record and strong abilities to manage a team of people:
- Experience in the premium product retail operations - motor vehicle dealer experience in an asset:
- Experience in the areas of sales and service administration:
- Knowledge of market and business structure in Chinese vehicle environment:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently,and in a team environment:
- Ability to gain respect of staffs and other dealers:
- Analytical skills to enable review,interpret and respond to each functional performance:
- Understanding of marketing concepts and application in the automotive environment:
- Communication skills - active listening,writing,negotiation,influencing and presentation skills - one on one and within a group situation:

- Utmost integrity across all aspects of role and personal approach:
- Skilled in management,financial and operating practices of small/medium businesses:

- Availability for facing customers when necessary. Travel is not often,but a must:
- Good English language,written and spoken fluency. Native mandarin is required.
